The online Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology trains students to provide IT support to any number of institutions such as those in business, government, and education. Students will learn how to install and maintain computer hardware and software as well as work in customer service to troubleshoot technological problems. Those who successfully complete this program will be able to show computer services skills, create and develop technical and procedural documentation, and install and troubleshoot PC hardware, software, and other systems and applications.
Upon graduation students will be eligible for positions working with Information Technology centers in certain organizations, and with experience and/or more education can advance in their careers.
