Program Details

The online Master of Arts in Human Resource Development prepares students to work in business, industry, or government in employee assistance, training, or employee development programs.  Courses include meditation and conflict resolution, human relations, career development counseling, and employee assistance issues.  Graduates will have the foundation to impart knowledge, change attitudes, and increase skills.

Requirements

  • GRE or GMAT scores
  • Official transcripts from each institution attended
