Program Overview

Designed for working nurses with a BS in nursing, MidAmerica Nazarene University's MSN degree program gives students the health care education they need while still allowing the flexibility of working part- or full-time. The curriculum offers advanced training in patient policy and research-based decision making skills. In addition to the standard MSN curriculum, students may customize their degree to suit their personal interests and career goals by selecting one of the following concentrations:

    MidAmerica Nazarene University, founded in 1966, is a four-year, private institution located in Olathe, Kansas, about 20 miles southwest of downtown Kansas City. The school is one of the eight schools in America that is affiliated with the Church of the Nazarene.

    MNU offers undergraduate programs, supports nine pre-professional programs, and awards master’s degrees. The university is on a semester system. Classes are offered in traditional classroom, online, and hybrid formats.
