The online Master of Arts in Leadership in Business Management trains individuals to become leaders in business management, giving students the skills to ascend into the highest level of business promotion through a combination of leadership, advanced business, and theology classes.  Courses hone students’ business knowledge, allowing them to become experts in the subjects of financial accounting, business law, economics, marketing, and project management, while building off their previous education and experience to tackle complex business solutions and theories.  Students learn how to use advanced management techniques to inspire and motivate employees while the Christian perspective teaches them how to integrate New Testament values into their management and leadership styles.
