Program Details

The online Master of Science in Management, Strategy, and Leadership incorporates useful and practical knowledge across human resource management and development, team and organizational leadership, and strategic management, homing in on the skills necessary to lead and motivate people while developing “big-picture” strategies.  The curriculum is built around a solid work ethic while helping students develop their personal influential style and providing the key components to help lead an organization, from motivating individuals and teams to making strategic decisions and long-term plans.  

Key topics include:

  • Ways to analyze industry trends and their impact on an organization
  • Best practices for recruiting and retaining top talent
  • Evidence-based perspectives, models, and concepts to analyze and improve upon current organizational issues
  • Differences between managing and leading
  • How charismatic leaders drive performance through emotional intelligence, visioning, confidence expression, and communication

 

Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of full-time managerial experience in a supervisory role
  • Preferred 3.0 cumulative undergraduate GPA or higher
  • Letters of recommendation
  • Statement of intention
  • GMAT scores may be requested
