Program Details

The DNP in Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program online from the Medical University of South Carolina is a BSN to DNP degree.  This degree prepares nurses for primary care provider positions working with patients from prenatal through the age of 21.  The curriculum covers pediatric care for well children and the prevention and management of common pediatric acute illnesses and chronic conditions.  You will not only be ready to provide care to children but to also care for them within their family, community, and environmental setting.  This interdisciplinary program also covers such topics as:
