Program Details

The online Graduate Certificate in Population Health Management prepares students with the knowledge and skills to improve population health outcomes, better patient and provider experiences, and reduce costs per person.  Courses may include Introduction to Population Health Management, Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, Public Health Policy, and Principles of Epidemiology, among others.
