Program Details

The online Graduate Certificate in Community Health Assessment and Planning focuses on working professionals who have responsibility and accountability for the health of the populations they serve, advancing the students’ skills in assessing the health care status of populations.  The curriculum provides the training to competently assess, plan for improvement, and monitor the health of various populations while developing skills in areas such as evaluation, research, policy, and other public health practice areas.  This certificate can also serve as a pathway for students seeking to pursue their Masters of Public Health degrees.
