Program Details

Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences offers a Graduate Certificate in Regulatory Affairs Program. This program is offered to those who have already earned their bachelor's degree and are interested in enhancing their study in regulatory affairs.

The Regulatory Affairs Program educates students about the regulation of drugs, devices and biologics, law, marketing and health policy. The program can be completed in less than a year and requires a total of three courses to complete. This program is helpful to those students who are interested in regulatory affairs but are uninterested in committing to a master's degree program.

The Graduate Certificate in Regulatory Affairs Program also compliments other degrees in areas such as business administration, nursing, pharmaceutical and health care business, and public health. Students who complete the program will have the opportunity to learn from experienced faculty and in smaller classes. Lessons will be held by executives with a wide range of knowledge in drugs, devices and biologics and health care policy. Graduates will join a substantial network of alumni who work in industry government and even world-renowned health care organization.

There are a variety of career options for graduates of the Graduate Certificate in a Regulatory Affairs Program. Graduates will work in federal or state regulatory agencies, clinical research organizations, managed care and other health related fields. Graduates also have the opportunity to continue their education with the Master of Regulatory Affairs and Health Policy program.
