Program Details

The online Master of Education in Educational Technology Leadership program is designed for certified educators who want to serve as educators in innovative, technology-rich classrooms or as technology leaders at school or district levels.  Educators will be prepared for the K-12 classrooms.  Courses include:

  • Visual Learning
  • Survey of Educational Telecommunications, Networks, and the Internet
  • Educational Technology Research and Assessment: Instructional Media Design
  • Advanced Telecommunications and Distance Learning 
  • Technology Planning and Administration

Requirements

  • Requires 36 credits for completion
  • Bachelor’s degree from a regionally-accredited U.S. institution or its foreign equivalent
  • Minimum GPA of 2.5 (4.0 scale) on all undergraduate work attempted or a minimum GPA of 2.75 on all upper-division course work attempted
  • Good academic standing at the last institution attended
  • Official copies of transcripts sent from each institution attended
  • Must hold a current valid teaching certificate
  • Eligible GRE test scores
