McKendree University's online MBA program is designed for graduate students who desire a broad understanding of general business operations without concentrating their studies on a specific field. Classes are collaborative in nature and give students the opportunity to learn from both the faculty and from each other. Students develop problem solving and team building skills through a focus within the program on integrated learning experiences.
Coursework in McKendree's online MBA program teaches a mixture of theory and application, and consists of group and individual work as well as written assignments. The program's content focuses on observation and analysis of business problems through the use of case studies and problem-solving analysis. The MBA curriculum was designed for students with an undergraduate degree in business, but students from all areas of study are welcome in the program. A set of courses designed specifically for non-business majors allows them to develop the knowledge foundation necessary to succeed in the MBA curriculum. Courses are offered entirely online.
