McKendree University's Masters of Arts in Education/Higher Education Administrative Services is designed as a way for individuals in the field of education to significantly accelerate their career path. It is also for those looking to transition from another career path to a career in education administration.
This program is offered entirely online. It consists of 12 three-credit courses taught in an executive format. The courses are practical in nature and include applicable knowledge that students will be able to use every day in their careers. Courses are taught by distinguished faculty members, all of whom have years of practical experience as administrators across the country.
Upon completion, students will be qualified to work in many key areas of higher education management, including: Admission, Financial Aid, Student Affairs, Academic Records, Human Resources, Institutional Research, and Information Technology.

Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA on a four-point scale in undergraduate studies. Applicants with a GPA below 3.0 may be conditionally admitted.
