BBA - Human Resource Management
McKendree University's Online BBA in Human Resource Management affords students a broad understanding of business operations with a focus in HR Management. The courses teach students important general business skills including personnel management and retention, diversity management, and employee labor relations. Coursework covers the theory and application of HR management and of business operations in general. Students will complete courses in Accounting, Finance, Business Law, Management and Marketing, in addition to several HR Management core classes.
McKendree University is proud to say that its Online BBA in HR Management has been acknowledged by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for complying with its HR Curriculum Guidebook and Templates. This guidebook sets standards for Human Resource curriculums as to what every undergraduate and graduate student should be taught, and has acknowledged 260 HR Management Programs programs throughout the world.
The courses are offered entirely online, giving students the ability to take classes whenever is most convenient for them. Each major at McKendree requires a minimum of 128 credit hours for completion. Of those, 58 must come at the university level, 40 must be in 300- or 400-level courses, and a minimum of 32 hours must be with McKendree. Students must also fulfill the general education requirements and pass a writing proficiency exam in order to graduate.
