Massasoit Community College offers a Supervisory Management option through Business Administration Careers Program. The Business Administration Careers Program was created to provide different options in business to allow students to choose the career paths they will be interested in. The program encourages the acquisition of distinct skills that will allow students to perform successfully.
The Supervisory Management option is a one of four direct career paths for students. Students who choose this option will learn the basics necessary to transfer into a four-year college that have a Supervisory Management program. Some students may not know which option they want right when they join Massasoit Community College. Students are then given until the end of their first semester to choose which career option best suits them.
Many of the options in the Business Administration Career Program have overlapping class requirements in the curriculum. Because of this, many of these classes are taken at the beginning of the program in case students are interested in switching their option.
To complete the Supervisory Management option students must complete a minimum of 62 credits. This totals up to be 20 courses, including the mandatory Supervisory Management courses necessary in this particular option. Students should be aware that one course will not count towards two different course requirements.
During the Supervisory Management option, through the Business Administration Career Program, students are offered supervision constantly. The transition from Massasoit Community College to a four-year institution may be difficult; however, with the guidance and help of advisors, students will receive the proper help for a smooth transition.

Massasoit Community College is a two-year public school located in Brockton, Massachusetts. The school was founded in 1966 and was named for the Massasoit, the Great Sachem of the Wampanoag. MCC has three campuses, which are located in Brockton, Canton, and Middleboro.
Massasoit Community College offers certificates of completion and associate’s degrees. Classes are offered during the daytime, evening, and weekend. Online courses are offered to provide flexibility and convenience to students who may not be able to come to the MCC campus. Courses are instructor-led and follow the same semester schedule as face-to-face courses.
