Program Details

The online Master of Arts in Human Resource Management helps Human Resource Management specialists and other organizational professionals advance their knowledge and skills in the field.  Courses include knowledge and skills in recruiting, employment law, ethics, finance, information systems, communications, organizational behavior, diversity, and compensation.  Both concept and skill components are used to help students develop practices based on solid theoretical grounding, preparing them for positions in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 3.0 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale)
  • Official Transcript from bachelor’s degree-awarding institution and official transcripts from all graduate schools attended after bachelor’s degree was awarded
  • Career Plan/Writing Sample
