Program Details

The online MS in Education with a concentration in Leadership from Martin Luther College gives administrators and classroom teachers the skills they need to become school leaders. In addition to learning principles of leadership, graduate students become curriculum leaders and instructional coaches through courses covering topics such as:

  • Issues in Education
  • School Law
  • School Business Administration
  • Supervision of Instruction

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in education from an accredited college or university (Individuals with other degrees may be accepted at the discretion of the director of graduate studies.)
  • Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or an average of at least 3.0 for no fewer than nine semester hours of graduate credit at an accredited graduate institution (Probationary status may given to eligible applicants not meeting the 3.0 average.)
  • Official transcript of undergraduate and graduate work
  • Statement of intent
