Program Details

The online Graduate Certificate in Literacy Education program is intended for educators who hold initial teaching licenses and wish to become highly qualified teachers of reading.  The program leads to a reading endorsement at either the elementary or secondary level.  Courses include Developmental Reading, Literacy Acquisition, Content Literacy, Writing in the Literacy Curriculum, and The Use of Technology for Literacy Instruction.
