Program Details

The secondary online Project Management major from Malone University is designed to be flexible for the nontraditional student.  This is a secondary major for students seeking to complete the BA in Organizational Management program via accelerated degree completion.  Online project management studies may include but are not limited to:

• Schedule management
• Cost models
• Quality management

Students will develop essential skills in communication, time management, technical skills applicable directly to quality management, and more.  This program holds a mathematical approach to analysis, scheduling, and project recovery.  Complete a bachelor’s in management with a concentration in project management through Malone University distance learning.
