Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree offered by Lynn University integrates core undergraduate requirements in General Education and Business Administration. Students may utilize their free electives to minor in another academic discipline or choose course work that is appropriate to their personal interests, career goals, or educational goals. Students can choose to specialize in General Management or Aviation Management. Both of these specializations aim to equip students with a wide breadth of knowledge in business and its context. Students also participate in activities that aim to promote the integration of business knowledge. This program may be ideal for students who are wishing to gain entry-level employment in management positions or for students who plan on pursuing a higher degree such as a Master of Business Administration or other graduate-level program.
Students are required to complete 120 credit hours of courses in order to graduate with their Bachelor of Science in Business Management. The Major Requirements include the following courses: Statistics for Business and Economics, The Legal Environment of Business, and Spreadsheet Design and Application. Students who choose General Management take courses such as: Fundamentals of E-Business, Small Business Management, and Human Resource Management. Students who focus on Aviation Management will participate in courses such as: Aviation History, Aviation Regulations and Law, and Fixed Base Operations and Management.
