MPH in Health Management
Loyola University Chicago offers a MPH in Health Management Degree for students interested in leadership positions in the healthcare industry. Prospective students will gain related knowledge and skills that many employers desire.
The Master Public Health in Health Management degree consists of 44 credit hours which includes core courses, program specific courses, and elective courses. Practicum and Capstone Seminar are also a part of the core program specific courses. Students must enroll in 12 credits of elective courses. Elective courses are offered in topics such as law, policy, social determinants of health, and research. Students will complete a capstone project in which they will be required to complete written and oral parts of this project under the direction of their mentor.
Courses are available online as to provide students with a flexible experience while working towards their degree. Students interested in the MPH program should possess basic computer skills. Due to the online nature, students should have reliable internet connection while taking this course.
