The online Master of Jurisprudence in Children's Law & Policy program is designed for professionals working with children and families in various disciplines and fields who want to increase their knowledge of laws and policies affecting children and families.  The curriculum provides a firm understanding of the law, enabling students to function effectively in the legal system and preparing them for leadership positions in their fields.  Graduates are familiar with substantive and procedural laws and are able to engage in various forms of legal research; analyze statutes, rules, and cases in the field; and write analytically sound and persuasive documents appropriate to the goals of child-serving professionals.
