The online Graduate Certificate in Workforce Development provides graduate training to economic development and workforce development professionals. The program creates leaders ready to meet the challenges of workforce globalization, talent development, changing technology, and productivity pressures. Basic graduate-level competencies in workforce development are taught and can be applied to the Master's program in Workforce Development if the student chooses.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. institution or the equivalent from a foreign institution
- A GPA of at least 3.0 (4.0 scale) on all undergraduate work (or last half-degree requirement) and a 3.00 GPA or better on any graduate work already completed
- Added program criteria may be required
