Program Details

The Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Systems Engineering is a specialized program designed to help combat rising healthcare costs in America. Students will learn how to address issues in the healthcare system by incorporating industrial engineering concepts.

Classes teach you how to research and analyze aspects of healthcare safety, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency. Students from all undergraduate backgrounds are welcome, and credits from this certificate may also be applied toward a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering. Programming was created in conjunction with doctors and executives from Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center.
