Maximize your potential while improving career options with the Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Business Leadership, an online organizational leadership degree from Lipscomb University.  The curriculum enables students to combine business intelligence with inspirational leadership while preparing for positions in the fast-paced business world.  Courses build on business fundamentals as students become proficient in the skills needed for successful leadership, including communication, drive and energy, influence, organization and planning, problem solving, and more.  Core subject areas are accounting, economics, management, and marketing.  Graduates are leaders in the field with the knowledge and skills needed to lead others toward a common goal.  

Students can choose from two formats, a traditional eight-week schedule or a four-month subscription program that allows you to complete as many courses as you can handle.
