Program Details

The online MEd in Teacher as Leader degree program from Lindsey Wilson College is designed to prepare educators to be effective role models for peers and students and to serve as leaders, chair school leadership teams, departments, grade levels and content areas, and coach colleagues at all stages in their careers. Courses cover topics such as:

  • Assessment, Accountability & Student Learning
  • Diversity, Leadership & School Improvement
  • Leadership in Differentiating Instruction

Requirements

  • Signed administrator agreement
  • Three recommendations
  • Official undergraduate transcript showing completion of a bachelor’s degree in education (or graduate degree in education) from an accredited college or university
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Evidence of successful KTIP or student teaching.
  • An interview
