Program Details

Lindenwood University’s online MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management program is designed to prepare students for human resource positions in business, government, and other organizations.  Through courses in both core MBA knowledge and Human Resource Management knowledge and skills, students learn the latest concepts, skills, and management practices.  Coursework examines case studies and contemporary issues to help students get the most benefit.  Human Resources Management courses emphasize a strong practical base and leading-edge Human Resources techniques and skills so that students are able to begin applying their learning to the workplace immediately.  Courses in Human Resources include strategic human resource management, employment and labor law, compensation and benefits, and more.  Graduates are professionals in the field who are ready to practice management, consultant, leadership, and executive human resource skills.
