Master of Arts in Christian Apologetics (Non-Thesis)
Liberty University

Program Details

Liberty’s 100% online Master of Arts in Christian Apologetics – Non-Thesis Track provides an advanced study of Christian apologetics with a focus on practical Christian ministry application. Along with courses designed to give ministry professionals and Christian scholars the theological and evidential foundation they need to defend the faith, this version of the online MA in Christian provides a guided capstone project designed to help students apply this knowledge to specific ministry problems and audiences. Students who are currently in ministry or want to pursue a specific calling can use the capstone and training to form the basis of their ministry approach. Along with the scholarship built into this program, the MA in Christian Apologetics also provides a strong basis for ministry in church settings and outreach ministry, equipping students with tools needed for evangelism and pastoral care. With this combination of practical skills, students who earn this degree can pursue ministry roles in churches, parachurch organizations, Christian nonprofits, missionary organizations, Christian publishers, and Christian policy advisement groups. Students with this degree may also be qualified to pursue roles as pastors, teachers in Christian education, college professors, and become professional Christian writers.
