Liberty University’s Doctor of Education in Community Care and Counseling – Traumatology, 100% online program, is designed to provide you with the tools and skills essential to identify and address situations in traumatology, as it relates to community care and counseling. You will build on your foundation in counseling to target key resources available in the treatment and diagnosis of various situation. This degree will provide you with a well-rounded essential to understanding and addressing the community’s needs in traumatic situations.

- Possess a regionally or nationally accredited master’s degree (i.e., counseling, psychology, human services) with a minimum of 3.0 GPA
- Applicants who have a regionally accredited masters in a non-related field are welcome to apply; however, if admitted, may be required to complete M.A. level prerequisite courses assigned to them before taking any Doctor of Education coursework
