The field of healthcare is growing increasingly complex and the constant, rapid advancements in science and therapeutics make healthcare even more complex.  As a result, the Doctor of Nursing Practice, an online nurse practitioner degree from Lewis University, has become increasingly necessary.  This terminal practice degree for the nursing profession is designed to prepare students to better meet the healthcare needs of the public.
