In total, 35 credit hours are needed to meet degree requirements.
In order to apply to the Master of Strategic Leadership program at LETU, prospective students must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university. All applicants must also have a grade point average of 2.8 (on a 4.0 grading scale) or above. Applicants are able to be accepted into the program on academic probation if their grade point average for the last 60 credit hours taken is at least a 2.8. Applicants must submit a two-page essay along with their online application.

LeTourneau begins its faith statement by declaring “a deep faith in God is the cornerstone of LeTourneau University.” This private not-for-profit university began as an all male college in 1956 by R.G. and Evelyn LeTourneau in Longview, Texas. It transitioned to a co-educational facility by 1961. It is an interdenominational Christian-based organization that welcomes students from all denominations.
