Program Details

The online Master of Engineering Management program prepares engineering and technology professionals to manage and oversee technical and engineering staff, providing fundamental management and leadership instruction in managerial business courses, leadership, project management, and systems analysis.  Coursework include management units in aerospace, energy, engineering, or technology fields.  Graduates will be competent in:

  • Business Skills: Propose innovative product and service solutions based on business model thinking and financial analysis
  • Systemic Skills: Analyze complex problems based on engineering knowledge in the face of change
  • Project Skills: Use management principles to organize diverse teams to plan, implement and control technical projects

  • Professional Skills: Demonstrate professional competencies in a specialty area related to engineering management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related field from a regionally accredited college or university 
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (4.00 scale)
  • Official transcripts of all regionally accredited undergraduate work and any regionally accredited graduate work that has been attempted or completed
  • GRE test scores
  • Essay
  • Two letters of reference
