The Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management, an online human resources degree, prepares students to work with an organization’s most important asset, its employees.  Build on people and communication skills in a field that facilitates and executes hiring, retention, training, and development of a company’s employees.  The flexible, well-rounded courses provide a functional understanding of the key role the human resource manager plays in the development and retention of employees while also building the knowledge-base necessary to develop strong business leadership skills.  The Christian faith is integrated into the curriculum, incorporating ethics and service into the courses.
