Bachelor of Science in Organizational Development
The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Development at LeTourneau University offers a curriculum that focuses on the fundamentals of business, behavioral science and psychology, and human resources. Students of the Bachelor of Science in Organizational Development degree program will learn how to identify techniques that can help meet individual and organizational needs. Additionally, students will learn how to design educational programs for organizational development as well as individual development.
Program courses for the Bachelor of Science in Organizational Development degree include, Conflict Resolution, Negotiation Strategy, Mission,Values and Culture in Leadership, Project Management, Designing, Delivering and Coaching Learning and Training, Introduction to Psychology, Introduction to Organizational Development, Social Psychology, Microeconomics, Management and Leadership, Project Definition and PLanning, Business Research Methods, Managing Innovation and Change, Organizational Behavior, and Global Management Strategy.
In total, 126 credit hours are needed in order to complete degree requirements. Students will take 45 credit hours or major courses, 47 credit hours of general education courses and 34 credit hours of general elective courses to meet the 126 total needed.
Students are able to take all courses entirely online. LeTourneau University offers an interactive online educational experience that gives students the flexibility to schedule courses according to their own schedule. Additionally, courses are available at LeTourneau University's Longview location in Texas. Courses can be taken in the evening one night a week.
LeTourneau University is an interdenominational Christian university. All programs offered are taught through a Christian perspective.

LeTourneau University has received specialized accreditation for its business programs through the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE), located in Olathe, Kansas.
LeTourneau begins its faith statement by declaring “a deep faith in God is the cornerstone of LeTourneau University.” This private not-for-profit university began as an all male college in 1956 by R.G. and Evelyn LeTourneau in Longview, Texas. It transitioned to a co-educational facility by 1961. It is an interdenominational Christian-based organization that welcomes students from all denominations.
LeTourneau University offers almost 100 academic programs at both graduate and undergraduate levels in a variety of fields, from engineering and air traffic control, to teacher education and business. LeTourneau University offers many degrees online, delivering the same the prestige and quality of an LETU education through the convenience of being able to complete your classes from anywhere.
