Program Details

The online Master of Arts in University Leadership program is designed to help professionals develop leadership skills and dispositions and is designed for practical application in the workplace.  The curriculum focuses on leadership dynamics in higher education, providing courses in theory, research, organization, planning and budgets, law and ethics, and curricular and co-curricular programming for the adult learner.  Students will identify leadership skills to build strong organizations and communities and to effectively communicate, motivate others, manage resources, and foster collaborative local and global networks.

  • Official copy of MAT or GRE test scores; minimum MAT score is 390, minimum GRE scores are Verbal 147, Quantitative 147, and Analytical Writing 3.5
