Program Overview

The MBA program at Lehigh places an emphasis on the business value chain in its courses. Students learn to make comprehensive decisions that lead to success for the business as a whole. The program offers a wide array of experiences, from hands-on team research projects with dynamic and changing organizations to theoretical classroom analyses of business practices and models.

The program is broken down into the Core Component and the Elective Component. Core courses cover the base topics and prepare students for the dynamic world of business. Courses include Managing Financial and Physical Resources, Managing People, and the Integrative Experience, which is the capstone project for the program. Elective courses are selected by each individual student, who can choose to design a concentration to fit their interests or can take a wide-range of courses to broaden their knowledge base.

Classes are offered utilizing both of Lehigh’s online formats: Classroom LIVE and Classroom Online. Some courses are only available through Classroom LIVE due to their interactive nature. Courses that require this format are clearly labeled on the school’s site. The program is open to students of all backgrounds.
