Upon completion, students should be able to exemplify adequate critical thinking skills, recognize the impact of business decisions and potential consequences, apply management, accounting and computer skills in simulated or real-life scenarios, and exude proficient supervisory skills and standard management protocols.

This degree is designed for students looking to experience a management degree program in a shorter format than a 4-year bachelor’s degree. However, for those looking to continue learning about business management at a 4-year university, courses from Lehigh Carbon Community College’s Business Management A.A.S. degree may transfer to most 4-year universities. The skills obtained from this degree program may potentially give graduates the opportunity to work as a business owner, assistant manager, or supervisor trainee.
