At Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts students have the opportunity to obtain a Bachelor of Arts in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Management degree. This degree is intended for those who have already completed an associate degree in culinary arts, pastry arts or hospitality and restaurant management. It can be taken completely online.

This program provides an innovation culinary management curriculum for those interested in potentially pursuing a path in opening a private culinary establishment. Some of the specific areas of study are include: facilities and event management, financial management and cost control, marketing, research and writing, small business development, organizational psychology and much more.

Graduates can learn the skills helpful to seek management positions in the hospitality and restaurant industries and skills to cultivate success to their own establishment. Students who successfully complete the program will acquire the necessary skills to look at management positions in a culinary business.

The 15- or 21-month Bachelor of Arts in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Management is a 2+2 program and assumes that all associate-level requirements have been met through an associate degree or the equivalent. Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts has articulation agreements with many culinary schools that may allow students to transfer their associate degree into this program.
