Associate Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Operations
At Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts students have the option to obtain an Associate Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Operations. Through this program, students get a chance to gain exposure in the Culinary Arts and get a foot in the door in the culinary business. The program has been designed to focus on food safety and sanitation, cost control and purchasing, hospitality supervision and entrepreneurship, restaurant and dining room management, and more.
This degree is offered solely online to ensure flexibility for students. Professional instructors teach students foundational skills in cooking and baking, and provide training in key aspects of kitchen operations. Overall, this program can help students advance their career opportunities in customer service, procurement, purchasing, management and other areas of food service operations. The Culinary Operations program provides an opportunity for students to pursue a higher-level education that could help students pursue or advance in the culinary or foodservice industry while working full- or part-time.
