Program Details

Learn to help some of the youngest students with this online early childhood education degree. This program is designed for those interested in teaching grades K-6. The curriculum develops competent, highly reflective educators. Graduates are educators who:

  • Understand how diverse learners grow and develop
  • Integrate current research into teaching practice
  • Apply effective assessment and instructional strategies
  • Demonstrate personal responsibility in teaching

Coursework includes student-centered activities, inquiry projects, and practical classroom experiences in public schools, all designed to ensure students gain the knowledge and skills needed to meet the needs of different learners. 

Upon completion of this online elementary education degree, students will transfer to a four-year college or university to pursue a bachelor’s degree in teaching.
