Health Care Management Certificate Program
A certificate in Health Care Management from Lander University will provide students the general management skills needed to excel in their careers. The program, which is four college level courses will transfer as 12 credits (three credits per course completed) to most other institutions. The delivery format will be online and interactive web-based tutorials. Courses can be taken two per semester for a one-year program or one per semester for a two-year program.

HCMT 282: Financial Aspects of Health Care
Spring (January to mid-May):
HCMT 281: Legal, Ethical, and Regulatory Aspects of Health Care
HCMT 283: Supervision and Human Resource Management
Students who complete all four courses with a ""C"" grade or better will receive a certificate in Health Care Management from Lander University.

Lander University is a four-year public institution located in Greenwood, South Carolina. The school was founded by Samuel Lander in 1872 as Williamston Female College and remained a private school for 26 years. Lander moved to Greenwood in 1904, the same year that the school’s founder died, and was renamed Lander College in honor of him. Only women were admitted to Lander until 1943. In 1992 Lander was granted university-status and changed its name to Lander University.
Lander University offers certificates of completion, bachelor’s degrees, and master’s degrees. Online courses are available to students and several degrees can be earned completely online.
