Program Details

The Associate of Arts in General Business is an online business degree from Lamar Institute of Technology.  This is a two-year program designed specifically for those students who plan to transfer to a four-year Bachelor of Business program and includes the first two years of most four-year degrees.  Students will use this degree as the foundation for higher education rather than as an entrance to the career world.  

The curriculum consists largely of general education courses with some basic Business classes.  Business topics covered include Accounting, Economics, Business, and Calculus.  The core general education courses are in:
