Program Details

The online Associate in Applied Science in Speech Language Pathology Paraprofessional prepares students to perform speech language screenings, therapeutic duties, and document student progress.  Courses will also cover topics such as support services, material preparation, scheduling, space management, and material supervision.

Requirements

  • Official high school transcripts or GED Certificate
  • Official transcript(s) from all previous colleges attended
  • ACT scores may be required, unless certain exemption criteria are met
  • Letter of application including reason(s) for applying to the program, work experience, and a brief biographical sketch
  • Two letters of reference
  • Overall GPA of 2.5 in the required support courses (ENGL 110, BIOL 111 or 115, CD 110, and CSCI 101)
