La Salle University offers an online Bachelors of Science degree completion program in Organizational Leadership. A total of 120 credit hours must be satisfied for degree completion.

The core curriculum emphasizes management skills and leadership development, with studies of organizational behavior and the social sciences. Students will graduate with a dynamic combination of critical thinking, methods for managing conflict, and ethics as an essential component of future leadership positions. Graduates move closer to becoming better leaders of departments, teams, and employees with a new perspective on how people function and work and how to achieve their full potential according to their unique strengths.

Requirements
