Program Details

The online Master of Science in Computer Information Science provides students with a structured study of applied technical solutions. The program emphasizes the need to understand the problem solving techniques through software engineering methodologies, as well as the process of gathering requirements, problem refinement, design modeling, implementation and user-testing.  A capstone project to integrate core competencies with the specific concentration or minor is required of this degree.

This degree prepares graduates with the skills and attributes needed to be successful in the computer information industry by integrating project management, problem analysis with solution design, implementation, testing and review.
