The HR Generalist online certificate program provides essentials for entry-level careers in human resource management. Learn basic knowledge, such as recruitment and retention, compensation and managing information systems. As part of this program, you will have the opportunity to enroll in courses, such as organizational behavior and employee benefits administration. You can also choose an elective course specific to your career needs.
