Program Details

The online Graduate Certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorder program is specifically designed to meet the increasing need for specialized preparation to meet the needs of students on the autism spectrum.  Candidates who complete the certificate program may transfer credit hours as part of the electives for the Master of Education in Special Education degree program.  Courses are Nature of Autism: Theory & Educational Practices, Assessment & Diagnosis of Individuals with Autism, and Positive Behavior Intervention Strategies.

Requirements

  • Official transcripts from each college or university attended
  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a minimum GPA of 2.75
