Program Details
Kennebec Valley Community College offers an Associate in Arts in Liberal Studies, a liberal arts degree. With this program, students have the opportunity to select courses that are best suited to their careers and are flexible with their schedules. Students will be prepared to meet their professional, academic, and personal career goals and to transfer to four-year institutions to earn baccalaureate degrees after completing many general education courses.
This liberal arts degree provides a strong foundation in general education and allows students to explore over 20 programs in areas that include: Allied Health, Biological Science, Business, Computer Information Systems, Education, Nursing, and Trades and Technology. Graduates are able to:
