B.A. in Business, with Concentration in Small Business Management
Kendall College in Chicago Illinois offers a B.A in Business with a new Business Concentration in Small Business. This program is designed to help students in the business program start or even expand a small business. Students have the opportunity to expand their studies through internships or even from abroad. After completing the program students will have the knowledge and skills necessary to contribute to successful companies around the world.
Students will complete the following courses throughout the Small Business Concentration: Principles of Small Business Management, Franchise Management, Family-owned Enterprises, Virtual Business Ventures, Global Enterprise, Entrepreneurship, Succession Planning, and Consumer Behavior.
The Bachelor of Arts in Business at Kendall College teaches student’s skills that will help them excel in successful careers. The Business School recognizes that the marketplace is ever changing and unpredictable. Their goal is then to help prepare students for whatever comes their way in the business world. With a solid academic foundation, case studies, situational challenges and more students gain everything they need through this program. At the end of the program all students will complete their own capstone that will demonstrate their acquired business knowledge in a real-world environment.
The Small Business Management concentration offered through the Kendall College Business program helps all students prepare to start or even manage any small business. These may include franchises, family-owned businesses, virtual businesses or home enterprises. The courses students are required to take will prepare them for any position they are interested in with small business.

Kendall College is a four-year private school located in Chicago, Illinois. The school was founded in 1934 as Evanston Collegiate Institute by two seminarians endorsed by the Scandinavian Conference of the Methodist Church.
