Program Details

The online Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Teaching Civics and Government satisfies a need for high quality professional development in civic education.  K-12 teachers will be able to advance their understanding of political ideas and how to teach them.  Courses will be taken in the core areas of curriculum, teaching and learning, diversity, educational technology, and research and scholarship.

  • Bachelor's degree with 3.0 minimum GPA in the final two years or approximately the last 60 credit hours
