Bachelor of Science in Food Science & Industry / Food Business & Operations Management

Program Details

The online Food Science and Industry program provides foundations in the basic sciences as well as studies in food chemistry, food microbiology, food analysis, food engineering, food processing, nutrition, product development and business management. 

The Food Business and Operations Management specialization is ideal for students who want more management-based coursework.


This bachelor-completion program requires 126 credits for degree completion. 

Application requirements:

  • Must have completed at least 30 college credits with a 2.0 minimum GPA.
